bfound. provides branding, content, social media, and recruitment support services as described on this website. specific deliverables and timelines are agreed per client in writing before work begins.

one-off purchases are paid upfront via stripe at the price displayed. retainers and custom projects are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. all prices exclude vat where applicable.

the 1:1 strategy session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. refunds for digital services are not available once delivery has started, as the work is bespoke. for retainers, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.

client-approved deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. bfound. retains the right to reference completed work in portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise.

bfound. provides services with reasonable skill and care. liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in the 12 months preceding any claim.

these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where bfound. is established. disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
