  • booking details when you reserve a meeting through TidyCal

  • legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) gdpr, for basic business communication and responding to inquiries

6. how long we keep it

  • inquiry form submissions and related emails are kept for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing client relationship or legal purposes.
  • booking information is kept for as long as needed to manage the meeting and follow up.
  • invoicing, payment, and tax records are kept for the statutory retention period.
  • analytics data is anonymised where possible and kept for up to 14 months.

7. who we share it with

we only share personal data with service providers needed to run the website and services.

these may include:

  • Fillout for website inquiry forms
  • Microsoft 365 for email communication
  • TidyCal for booking meetings
  • Stripe for payments
  • website hosting and analytics providers, where applicable

these providers process personal data on our behalf or as independent controllers where required. we aim to use providers with GDPR-compliant agreements and safeguards.

8. international transfers

some of our service providers may process personal data outside the EU or EEA. where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
